Some Highlights:
- Youth – no BNA hat required
- Rookie – can now have 11 defensive players on the field (5 outfield, 5 infield, plus pitcher)
- T-Ball – ball must be returned to the pitcher for time to be called
- Adult – removed jewelry rule
