In order to be entered as a team you must bring the following on the sign up date:
- 14 players registration forms – minimum 4 of which must be female
- Completed team list accompanied with the following:
- fully completed, signed and paid player registration forms for all players (e-transfer or debit available at time of registration-no credit)
- a $120.00 team deposit is required at time of registration for forfeits. This will be refunded at the year end tournament. $30.00 will be deducted for every forfeit if your team does not forfeit you will be refunded the full amount otherwise it will be pro-rated
- a sponsor form with payment and jpeg for logo (if not already on file)
- There will be a mandatory captains meeting of which a representative must be present on Saturday may 6th at 11:30 am at Jaycee Park. A code of conduct and rules will be handed out at this time.
- Important dates:
- adult softball start date is may23 rd
- adult year end tournament September 15th, 16th, and 17th .
- last 2 weeks of the season tbd
- banquet is Saturday September 23rd
- adult one-pitch charity tournament is Saturday June 17th $100.00 buy-in, due by June 3rd. Proceeds go to the winners’ charity of choice.
